The canopy is made from 100% solution-dyed fabric and is fade and water resistant and is designed to withstand all weather conditions. The unique design also allows you to use as a tool for rain water reclamation or you may drain rainwater above or below ground level depending on your location and your preference.

Tulip shades are unique because they can be illuminated in all colors which lend elegance and beauty to any evening event. The lights come in four 8-Watt fluorescent tubes are pre-wired for you. The umbrellas can also be individually printed with your logo for advertising at the same time. Other additional options include ground anchor screws and ground tube protective cover topside cover in net or matching fabric and a Storm-Safe option that allows your umbrella to handle winds up to 80mph.

Warranty / Returns

All MDT products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for three years and 5 years against fading on fabric from the date of purchase/delivery. Within this period MDT Inc. will at its sole option repair or replace any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacements at the sole option of MDT may be performed at the physical location of the MDT product in question or at MDT´s US location in Tyrone GA. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor.

Exclusions

Periodic maintenance repair and replacement of parts worn due to normal wear and tear are excluded from coverage.
Defects or damage that result from but are not limited to: (a) improper operation storage misuse or abuse accident or neglect such as physical damage resulting from misuse (b) subjecting the Product or Accessory to abnormal usage or conditions or (c) other acts which are not the fault of MDT are excluded from coverage
Defects or damages resulting from but not limited to service testing adjustment installation maintenance alteration including without limitation or modification in any way by someone other than MDT are excluded from coverage.

Limits of Liability

Warranties and remedies contained herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties whether express implied or statutory including any liability arising under any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose statutory or otherwise. In no event shall MDT be liable for any incidental special indirect or consequential damages whether resulting from the use misuse or inability to use the product or from defects in the product such as but not limited to: loss of business lost profits. lost savings lost data damage to other equipment and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this product. MDT retains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. Such remedy shall be your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

Transport Damage

It is the customers responsibility to check for transport damage upon arrival. This may necessitate opening the packaging and inspecting the shipment for concealed damage

In case no damage has been recorded on the freight forwarder's bill of lading/delivery slip upon delivery by the customer the respective order is deemed delivered in good condition and defect free on behalf of MDT.

In case any damage should be detected after delivery and no such damage has been recorded on the freight forwarder's bill of lading/delivery slip upon delivery by the customer MDT can provide the necessary replacement parts upon request. Standard charges according to MDT's applicable price list apply. Installation to be done locally by customer or customer's contractor. Any additional shipping charges in such case are the responsibility of the customer. Alternatively customer may return the item in question to MDT for repair. All shipping related charges are the responsibility of customer. A return merchandise authorization number will need to be obtained by MDT prior to such undertaking. Standard charges for all materials and labor according to MDT's applicable price list apply.
