This very sturdy cantilevered umbrella frame is top pick for commercial patios! All welded connections and the canopy braced to the upright post even windier locations can now offer shade to their clients. We are proud to say that over the years we have placed these umbrellas in a large number of cafes restaurants golf clubs and hotel pools across North America. Places where they are in use all day without active supervision providing safe effective shading for guests that expect only the best.
NOTE: This product is custom sewn manufactured and assembled per your specific color requirements and dimensional sizes. Due to "custom fabrication" per your specific order these units are "NON RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE" for any reason outside of clear manufacturing defects. Orders can not be cancelled once items have been processed to the manufacturing plant which usually occurs within 1-2 business days of initial order. All sales are considered final!

LIMITED WARRANTY
FIM Manufacturing Inc. warrants to the consumer that this product is free from manufacturer defects in material or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase when used in compliance with directions as outlined in the manufacturer's instructions which includes reasonable and necessary maintenance by the consumer.
Failure to follow the given assembly maintenance and care instructions may void your product warranty.
In case of manufacturing defects in material or workmanship FIM Manufacturing Inc. agrees to at their discretion repair remedy or replace any defective umbrella or awning part without charge for the first two (2) years of the warranty period.
For the subsequent three (3) years FIM will supply replacement parts free of charge to the customer as determined necessary by our customer service center.
To be covered under this warranty claims and repairs must be made by/to the authorized FIM dealer.
As the consumer you assume all cost incurred in shipping your unit to a repair location specified by FIM Manufacturing. The repaired unit/parts will be returned to the consumer freight prepaid.
Any implied warranty is limited in duration to the five (5) years provided in this the only expressed warranty.
EXCLUSIONS
No responsibility is assumed for incidental or consequential damages. Warranty does not cover any damage due to improper installation adverse weather conditions wind misuse neglect lack of reasonable maintenance or the use of any unauthorized attachments.
Any damage caused by external force or factors (e.g. broken or bent umbrella ribs scratched finish punctures abrasions or burn holes in the fabric etc.) is explicitly excluded from warranty coverage.
Warranty is void if unit is subjected to unauthorized service by anyone other than a FIM dealer or FIM Manufacturing Inc. themselves. Authorization may be obtained by calling the toll-free number below.
For umbrellas used in commercial/contract applications the warranty period is one (1) year from installation date.
