Unique Arts warrants solar lighting to be free from defects in workmanship and material present at time of shipment from the factory. Warranty is in effect for 2 years.
Manufacturers refund policy does not cover items damaged due to wind or other “acts of God”, misuse or neglect. It is the customer’s responsibility to take extreme care to safely use the products ordered.
When returning an item for any reason, the item must be packaged in the original carton. Refunds will be given for the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for returning via UPS to Patioshoppers, unless a manufacturing defect is verified. In such cases (verifiable manufacturing defect), seller may chose to send a call tag for the merchandise to have it picked up. We also reserve the right to repair or replace such merchandise.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of our inspection of returned items. Only items with written authorization are eligible for a refund. For this reason, it is best to communicate via email to receive written authorization to return your purchase.
