JMC warrants the quality and workmanship of Portola cushions for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. The warranty is limited to normal use and proper care by the purchaser. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE COMMERCIAL USES or normal fading of fabrics. JMC is not liable if the customer fails to use proper cleaning techniques in regard to fabric care and maintenance. The warranty is void if failure of the cushion is caused by acts of nature, accident, neglect, abuse or failure to take reasonable care of the product. All measurements and specifications are approximate.
*Note: Portola cushions are custom manufactured to the customer’s specific size and color specifications and are not returnable for any reason outside of manufacturing defect.
